I have leaf cutter bees. I want to get fruit trees started. Every time I buy a tree the bees eat all the leaves off of it and kill it. I put yellow flagging on the trees hoping that would deter them and the cut circles out of the flagging. They also ate all the leaves off my pepper plants. I don’t want them to stop pollinating. However, they have killed more plants than they have pollinated. We live several miles from any other trees in the desert and they are keeping me from growing my own food. It gets worse every year.
