Fellow soaper here! Great post, just one thing, 6 weeks is not a long enough cure time for castille which has one of the longest cure times-up to three months ( from my own painful experience). And just one more comment, in 3 days, you can still get a nice soap burn on fingers, so wear gloves when de-moulding and cutting 😉
