You are right about bees adaptability what you say works in your patch is just as applicable in my back yard. Love getting your helpful messages.

I went out yesterday to check on my bees (1 hive) in northern ohio and they are all gone. No bodies, just gone. I went out to a local bee dealer and he says its mites. He wil.get me more bees (a nuc???) But I have a bunch of scraping to do and start a mite program.
